Returns & Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened or worn.

Because all jewelry is handmade, small variations in color, shape, and details may occur. Natural stones and beads may also have unique variations.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
