Terms of delivery

I currently ship jewelry to Finland and other European countries.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday. If there is any delay in processing your order, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may apply in the destination country.

My mission is to deliver your jewelry in perfect condition. Made By Sahji cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, damages occurring during transit, or customs delays in the destination country.

All orders are carefully packed in a padded envelope with a product card. I do not use boxes, as I try to minimize unnecessary packaging materials. Orders within Finland are shipped as tracked small parcels, and you will receive a tracking number after shipment.
